Removing card payments

Removing your payment card has never been so easy. If you follow these simple steps you'll be able to remove your card in no time:

  • Log into your dashboard
  • Go to the sidebar and go down to the settings section. Here you will find a payment method section.
  • By clicking on the payment method section: you will see a red button saying remove payment card.
  • To make sure you want to remove your card. A popup window will appear to confirm the removal of the card.

Once these steps have been followed your payment card will be removed and deleted from our billing system.


Adding a new card payment

Follow these steps to add a payment card:

  • Log into your dashboard.
  • Go to the sidebar and go down to the settings section. Here you will find a payment method section.
  • By clicking on the payment method section: you will see a box with a '+ Add New' button. Click it.
  • Add your payment details and your billing details. Then save your details by clicking the button on the bottom right.
  • We will check that your card is correct by taking a reversible 0.85p which you'll have to agree to via your banking app.

Once you have followed these steps, your payment card should be set up.
