About

This wind project in Kutch Districts of Gujarat, India, produces clean electricity from wind energy. Under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), the generated electricity is sold to Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI).

The total installed capacity of this project is 2x301.4 MW from 22 WTGs of 2.3 MW each and 114 WTGs of 2.2 MW each. The entire project capacity of 602.8 MW is connected to the 220 kV side of the PGCIL Bhuj Pool substation through dedicated 330 kV and 220 kV transmission lines constructed from the wind farm pooling substation.

The project leads to an emission reduction of 4,891,995 CO2 for the chosen crediting period of 5 years with an annual average emission reduction of 978,399 CO2.
